Positive: Perfect location for us, warm and cosy
Negative: Main bathroom fan was very dirty so when the fan stared it blow dust everywhere. Also the dining room table was black with dirt. Could do with a deep clean, not just a wipe down

Positive: The location was perfect for us. It was spacious and comfortable with lovely hot water.
Negative: The oven didn’t work very well and we couldn’t fathom the microwave at all.
Summary: Lovely place, comfortable stay. We will return next year.

Positive: The facilities were excellent, the Lodge was clean and comfortable and in a lovely peaceful setting. I was able to take my dog which was so important for me. The owner was really friendly and helpful. It was perfect for our stay.
Negative: A tiny, tiny point....the glass near the ceiling between the two bedrooms meant that if one room had the light on it shone into the other bedroom. Since one guest is a night owl and the other a lark this could have caused an issue if we were staying longer but this did not detract in any way from how much we loved the Lodge
